I photographed this amazing family photo shoot at the beautiful and versatile Wheeler Farm in Salt Lake City Utah. I specialize in Utah family photography. It has been my passion for the last decade. After my oldest son passed away, my entire mission as a photographer was defined. That mission became to give to others what I wanted to give to myself. It was the gift of more than just the perfect smile, rather the gift memories of the love, relationships and spirit of a family. I want to tell your story through your portraits. My mission is to make you feel something when you look at them, see your love and for you to remember your story. It is a sacred responsibility to create an atmosphere where my clients can get to know each other a little better and come away smiling and laughing and loving and feeling.
What a fun and amazing family. Grandma was visiting from India and the rest were from San Francisco and Chicago. They happened to be in town for a family reunion at Yellow Stone and grabbed some family portraits before they went to play at the reunion.
I thought she had the most profound beauty. I couldn’t help but hug this sweet woman at the end of our session and tell her thank you for sharing her family with me. She didn’t want me to take this image of her because she didn’t think she was very photogenic, but boy I think she is wrong. I think she radiates beauty and goodness and kindness and love.
Thanks! Have a great and happy day!
ps. I just had the opportunity to go to GREECE to photograph a humanitarian mission for the refugees there. Take a look at the beautiful people and all the things I learned while I was there. xo
